🏃️ Sober Endurance™

We Knew You'd Have Questions.
Here's the Truth.

FAQs

01What if I'm still drinking or not fully sober yet?

You don't need a perfect streak to join. Many members come in during the messy middle — trying, slipping, trying again. This community is built for people who are ready to fight for their lives, not for people who already have it all figured out.

02What if I'm embarrassed about where my life is right now?

You're joining a group of moms and dads who have been exactly where you are — hiding, hurting, overwhelmed, ashamed, and praying for a way out. You don't need to clean up your life before you show up. Showing up is the cleanup.

03What if I'm not religious or I'm unsure about faith?

Faith is part of our foundation, but it's never forced. You're welcome here whether you're deeply spiritual, questioning, or not sure what you believe. You'll be supported either way.

04What if I'm afraid of failing — again?

Everyone who joins Sober Endurance™ has failed before. That's why this community exists. You'll have coaches and teammates who check on you, encourage you, and refuse to let you disappear into isolation.

05What if I'm a mom and my life feels too chaotic to commit to anything?

You're exactly who this program was built for. Amber's coaching is designed for moms juggling kids, work, exhaustion, and emotional overload. You'll get structure without pressure, support without judgment, and a plan that fits real life.

06What if I'm a dad and I don't usually talk about my feelings?

You don't have to be a talker to belong here. Vinny's coaching is built for men who want discipline, stability, and a path forward — not therapy sessions. You'll get accountability, structure, and a team of men who understand the weight you're carrying.

07What if I've never run a mile in my life?

Perfect. Many members start with walking only. Your training plans are beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and designed to build confidence one step at a time.

08What if I'm overweight, out of shape, or feel "too far gone"?

There is no "too far gone" here. Your coaches have helped people at every fitness level — from day-one walkers to 100-mile finishers. Your only job is to start where you are.

09What if I have anxiety about joining group calls or social media spaces?

Totally normal. You can keep your camera off, listen quietly, or participate only when you're ready. There is no pressure to perform or share.

10What if I relapse while I'm in the program?

You're not kicked out. You're not shamed. You're not judged. You're supported. Relapse is part of many people's story — what matters is that you come back.

11What if I don't have social media?

Social media is optional. You'll still get access to training plans, events, and coaching without joining any platform.

12What if I'm scared to invest in myself?

Most members felt the same way. But they also knew the cost of staying stuck. This program gives you structure, accountability, and a community that actually shows up for you — something you can't put a price on.

13What if I'm not sure I belong here?

If you're a sober (or trying-to-be-sober) mom or dad who wants to rebuild your life through movement, you belong. If you're tired of doing this alone, you belong. If you're ready to rise, you belong.

14What if my spouse, family, or friends don't support me?

This is exactly why you need this group. Lack of support at home is one of the hardest parts of recovery — and one of the most common. You're not alone in it. Inside Sober Endurance™, you'll find coaches and community members who have navigated the same walls. We'll show you how to have those hard conversations, set healthy boundaries, and keep moving forward even when the people closest to you aren't cheering yet. Sometimes the best way to change their minds is to let them watch you change your life.

15Do I need any special equipment to get started?

No. A pair of supportive shoes and the willingness to show up is all you need on day one. Our beginner plans are designed around walking and running — no gym membership, no fancy gear, no expensive gadgets required. As you progress and your goals evolve, your coach can guide you on any equipment worth investing in. But right now? Just lace up and go.

16What about exercising in inclement weather?

Bad weather is not a reason to stop — it's a reason to adapt. Your coaches will help you build a plan that works year-round, whether that means adjusting your route, moving your workout indoors, or gearing up for the cold. Some of our members have discovered that training through rain, wind, and snow is one of the most powerful things they've done for their mental toughness. The weather changes. Your commitment doesn't have to.

17What if I'm busy and miss a meeting I really wanted to attend?

Life happens — and we built the community knowing that. Every meeting is recorded and made available in two formats: audio through our private podcast, and full video inside our Skool community. Watch the replay at home, or pop in your earbuds and listen on your morning walk, during your commute, or whenever you get a quiet moment. You never have to feel like you missed out.

18What if I still have questions?

We want to hear from you. Reach out directly to our coaches — they're happy to answer any questions and help you figure out if Sober Endurance™ is the right fit.

We also offer one-on-one coaching tailored to your individual needs, regardless of your fitness level or goals. Whether you're just getting off the couch or already moving and want more personalized guidance, there's a place for you here.
